June 10, 2005—We are pleased to announce the arrival of Jessica Parsley on July 5th. Jessica comes to Ceres from New Hope Natural Media where she has sales & advertising experience in the Natural Products Expos, Natural Foods Merchandiser and Delicious Living magazine. Jessica has an M.A. in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School and has worked in Environmental Affairs for Business for Social Responsibility and the Gap Corporate Office in San Francisco. She will be headquartered out of the Boulder, Colorado office.

Feb 25, 2005—Ceres introduces a range of expanded services for grain cleaning and container loading. Organic Grain and Milling, (OGM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceres Organic Harvest, Inc. is now licensed and operating in North Dakota for export and domestic markets. The facility is located 17 miles south of the Canadian border with easy access to the Winnipeg container terminal. The elevator has a wide range of cleaning and bagging equipment and can currently store 140,000 bu with an additional 110,000 bu auxiliary storage. OGM will focus on providing upstream services to Ceres in support of its current durum and hard red spring wheat business. Organic Grain and Milling will expand the range of offerings to include custom grain cleaning of certified organic flax, barley, oil seeds, and legumes. OGM is also a licensed and bonded warehouse.

Feb 14, 2005—We are pleased to announce the arrival of Kathryn Begeal as our Agronomic Research Manager and Grower Outreach Liaison. Kathryn has earned a B.A. degree in Sustainable Agriculture and brings to Ceres her experience of organic farm operations & agriculture community based planning. She will be headquartered out of the Boulder, Colorado office.

Oct. 15th—Company officials are meeting this with representatives of Organic Oils, SpA, Perugia, Italy to announce a strategic marketing alliance for the introduction of a joint venture private label program for introduction organic oils & vinegars into the US market. Organic Oils, SpA is the largest manufacturer of organic oils & vinegars in Europe.

Oct. 10th—We are pleased to announce the arrival of David Leevan as Director of Market Development. David brings to Ceres a wealth of experience in corporate sales and will immediately assume responsibility for the company's Private Label Program clients. He will be headquartered out of the Boulder, Colorado office.

Oct. 1st—The Board of Directors agreed today to move forward in securing assets of the former North Central Elevator in Clyde, North Dakota. Ceres president, Britt Eustis stated, "With the acquisition of this facility we are now poised to move the company into full upstream capacity to better serve our burgeoning markets." Dean Chapla will assume the responsibility of Operations manager and report directly to Mr. Eustis.

Sep. 14th—Today marked the official consolidation of all California operations into the company's new Boulder Colorado office. Ceres Vice-President, Stephen Sunseri will supervise the sales & marketing, product development and media relations departments from Boulder.
